With a lot of planning done, because I am such a diligent MOB that all that is necessary is done to this point, I’m in CA enjoying the summer. My new thing is climbing mountains! Well not really a mountain, the mountain behind my house on “the Ridge”. I call it , butt-buster-kill-me-mountain. Because, it makes me feel a little competitive with the mountain, biking, hiking, canoeing, rock climbing girls in which I spent 4 days with in Idaho. So if I could only stop 3 times while climbing BBKMM I am on my way to being one of those girls that can bike to the mountain, hike up the mountain, and river raft it down, then canoe back to a lovely lake house for a couple of hours of tennis.
All of this did prepare me for 4 days in Vail (see ANOTHER mountain for this soon to be mountain woman). A place for a retirement/charity golf tournament, Vail was beautiful. Yes, I hiked the mountain, I wanted to bike it, but I was too scared to go downhill and too reasonable to go uphill. Besides those spa treatments had my muscles too relaxed to work too hard.
